Who am I?
Dr. Pono is a two-time California State High School football championship offensive line coach. He is a dedicated family man and a dog lover. In his leisure time, he enjoys camping, boating, and riding ATVs and dirt bikes.

Work Injury Treatment
I am a Qualified Medical Examiner and work with numerous medical providers to enhance your recovery. We take an active sports medicine approach to get you back to work.
WorkSTEPS
As a WorkSTEPS provider, we're here to help both employers and employees create a safer and more productive work environment. Post-Offer Employment Testing ensures that your employment candidates are not only qualified on paper but also physically capable of performing the essential functions of the job they've been offered. These are performed in the clinic or onsite.
Trigger Point Therapy
We offer Graston Technique Myofascial therapy to relieve persistent muscle knots, including stress tension headaches, tennis elbow, chronic hamstring strains, and many other conditions.
Sports Injury Care
If you have been injured while playing sports, we can assist you. Our chiropractor is experienced in treating sports injuries and can help you return to your favorite sport as soon as possible.
Sports Physicals
We conduct hundreds of pre-season sports physicals for youth and high school athletes both in the clinic and onsite. We exclusively use CIF sports physical forms.
Balance for a Better Life
We are a licensed Multiple Sensory Training, LLC. "Balance for a Better Life" training partner. Training is essential because falls pose a significant risk for adults, especially as we age, given the potential for serious injuries and long-term health consequences.
Vision Training Sports Enhancement
Vision Training is critical for athletic performance. It influences reaction time, hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and decision-making on the field or court. There's no substitute for speed!
